Summer Camp (Under Construction)

At Windfall Farms we offer a one to two week long horsemanship summer camp. Our program groups riders according to experience. However, no experience is needed to participate. Over the week, campers will learn how to take care of horses, learn proper horsemanship, and of course riding! Campers will be under the watchful guidance of our experienced and knowledgeable camp counselors. The minimum suggested age for our campers is 6 years old, and there is no maximum age for campers!

• Camp will run from: 10:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.
• One Week Camp: $425 – Two Week Camps: $725

We will also offer a one day mini-camp, which will run one day during any of the other camps.
• Camp will run from: 10:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.
• $100 for the day

Campers will learn
• Basic horsemanship (grooming, tack-up, and care)
• Horse and barn SAFETY
• Proper mounting and dismounting
• How to walk and trot/ walk, trot, canter (canter groups available to riders with more experience)
• How to bathe a horse
• Breeds and horse markings
• Basic horse needs
• Horse tack/ cleaning
