Big Congratulations for Peter Lombardo on the purchase of Gaston from Katherine Civian!
He is a wonderful horse and we are very pleased to be able to place him in such a fine training program as Frontier Farms.
Good Luck with Gaston. We will enjoy watching him in the Hunter and Derby rings.

Richard Spooner Clinic!

Wow what a great clinic Richard gave. We had all the Windfall Riders (that were in town) and Patty Ball's riders and Kelly Maddox's riders in attendence. On Saturday the weather held pretty well and late on Sunday the skys opened up making for a fairly wet group. Everyone rode great and I think everyone was able to take something with them to help improve their riding. Thank you Richard for your wisdom and articulate communications. As is true every year, I get as much out of watching the clinic as the riders get attending it.

I will be heading out to the Foxfield Finals this Friday and Saturday. I will take pics and keep you all posted.
Katherine and gaston were terrific. They finished 3rd in the 18-35 age group and 4th in the over-all. The courses were tough and beautiful. Carlton Brooks and Micheal page were the judges. Katherine was very consistant with a 79 / 79.5 / 79.5 scorse in her three rounds. Consistancy paid off and she had a very successful day. Thank you to the Foxfiled Family for a wonderful event again.

Woodside Golden Gate Classic

A great week at Woodside Horse Park. Every time we come to this facility it just gets better and better. The new covered warm-up ring is fantastic. We all had a great time. Some highlights were:

Alex and Dutch were R. Champion in the Jr Hunters and were 2nd in the Classic

Allison Kroff showed she can win in the Hunter ring as well as the Jumper Ring! She and Dress Code were 3rd in the Derby.

Allison's nice young stallion Washington was wonderful and is going to be the horse to watch in the Grand Prix soon.

Ian got to ride Nancy's nice mare Sunny and got good ribbons. Thank you to Nancy and Kristin for arranging everything.

Lesley and Branigan and Cami were excellant in the big Jumper ring.

Sarah and her nice 5 yr old Zinny is just growing leaps and bounds. They rocked!

Carrington and Magnum were great in the Short Stirrup-getting lots of good ribbons and miles. Thank you Noel for your great pony!

Marjori and Apple were their usual great addition to our group at this show. We love you Marjori!

Katherine and Gaston had lots of success in both the Equitaion ring and the Hunter ring at this show.

and rounding it out is Lauren and Papa at their first show with us.
